We will gladly exchange in-stock accessories in new condition accompanied by original receipt within 15 days. No return or exchange on special orders. All refunded goods(in new condition) that are not special order are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The balance of any return will be issued in the form of store credit only. Please note that any item sold in "as is" condition may not be returned under any circumstances. Bedding cannot be returned. |

We strive to provide you furniture that we can both be proud of ? and we stand behind every piece we sell. The guarantee differs from each manufacturer. | Furnitalia : When do I pay for my furniture and how much do I pay? |

Payment can be made by credit card, cash, check or money order. At this time we do not accept discover credit cards.
To place an order requires a deposit of 50% to start the order. Upon receipt of your deposit, your order is placed immediately. We will contact you directly to let you know the estimated date of delivery. The balance of your order must be received prior to delivery or shipping. We try our best to complete each order by the agreed upon date, however, circumstances beyond our control might cause a delay. At all times we remain in close contact with you, apprising you of the progress of your furniture. |

Our local white glove delivery company is Robert's Delivery located in Sacramento, CA. The delivery and setup base rate vary depending on the zone where
the furniture is being delivered to. Add to the above base rate, the piece price. Refer below for the piece
price. DELIVERY COST = BASE RATE + PIECE PRICE Will call fee is 50% of the piece price(refer above), with a minimum of
$50. |
| Furnitalia : What is your long distance delivery program? |
|
We partner with an outside, professional delivery company to deliver to your home. Delivery available anywhere in U.S., outside of our local delivery zones. You could choose either one : Curbside delivery : This is recommended for small or medium sized boxed furniture pieces like chairs, end tables, floor lamps, mirrors, etc. The items would be dropped off at your home. The customer is responsible for moving the item into the home. The customer is responsible for disposing of packing materials. Estimated delivery time would be 10-14 working business days from the day the order leaves our warehouse. The carrier company would contact you before delivery. White Glove delivery : This is recommended for larger orders and large furniture pieces like sofa, bed, dining set, armoire, etc. The delivery team would place the items inside the home and assemble them. All packing materials would be removed. Estimated delivery time would be 7-10 working business days from the day the order leaves our warehouse. The carrier company would contact you before delivery. |

| UPS or FedEX is recommended for small accessories and soft goods. We do ship anywhere in the United States. Estimated delivery time would be 7-10 working business days from the day the order leaves our warehouse. The delivery cost would be calculated when you place the order. |

Furnitalia : What if my furniture arrives damaged? |
| Damaged furniture is rare, but in case you get damaged furniture, you should make sure to take digital photos of the damages including the damaged packaging materials (if any) before the delivery person leaves. Call us immediately at (916) 484-0333 and we shall guide you on how to resolve the matter at the earliest. |
| Furnitalia : How can I receive fabric sample or wood sample? |
| All fabric samples or wood samples are available at our Showroom in Sacramento, CA. Upon request some wood or fabric samples can be mailed directly to the customer. Please send request form for any samples and one of our design consultants will contact you with availability. |

| Depending on what you did to it, contact us at (916) 484-0333 and we will discuss with you possible solutions. If needed we will get it repaired for you at a very nominal charge. You will pay shipping both ways. |

| Assembly instructions are always included with the furniture. It is very important that these instructions be followed completely to ensure safety as well as the care of the item. | Yes. Customers can choose to take their furniture home instead of having it delivered. |
